According to a statement released by Helewu on Tuesday (June 3), the above-mentioned lot that the company won is held by the Singapore Land Administration (SLA), with a total area of 106,949 square feet, including 20 two-story buildings, four single-story buildings and parking spaces.
Merical Group Managing Director and Coliwoo Founder Lin Longtian said that this marks Hele House strategically expanding to eastern Singapore and entering the field of resort-style cohabitation hotels for the first time. He believes that this project will set a new benchmark for the Singaporean cohabitation industry and meet the needs of modern residents and tourists for a flexible, community-oriented and escaped living space.
The resort is well located near key transportation hubs and major employment centers, and is positioned as a quality accommodation option for attracting international tourists and professionals working near Changi Airport and Changi Business Park. The renovated resort will provide more than 350 rooms, making it a landmark ecological lifestyle center in the eastern region, which will also become the third largest project of Helewu.
The renovation project is expected to start in the second half of this fiscal year (as of September 30, 2025), with a construction period of about 10 months and is expected to be put into operation in the third quarter of fiscal year 2026 (as of September 30, 2026).
