Liverpool Football Club welcomes the launch of cultuRED, a new Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) and multi-faith supporters group.

The group will join the club’s official Supporters Council, ensuring that the voices of fans from different cultures, faiths and ethnic backgrounds are represented and have a meaningful voice at the highest levels of fan engagement.

The establishment of cultuRED reflects Liverpool Football Club’s ongoing commitment to creating a welcoming environment for all fans, regardless of their background, identity or experience, through its award-winning Red Together programme.

cultuRED aims to work with the club and its fan base to spread a message of unity, wherever they are; to shape and educate people about what Liverpool is about as a club and city; and to enhance fans' understanding of other cultures.

Additionally, cultureRED aims to build meaningful relationships, provide true representation for groups who may feel seen but not heard, and create a space where every voice is valued and included.

cultuRED is made up of 14 people from diverse cultural backgrounds and will work with existing fan representatives, club leadership and community stakeholders.

cultuRED founder Harinder Singh said: "On behalf of cultuRED, I would like to thank the club for this recognition. In an era when our fan base reflects the richness that comes with diversity, we see widespread support for the club across the globe. We want to connect with people of all groups and backgrounds. We do not exist in isolation and our organization ensures these important communities have a meaningful voice and presence."
