According to the Guardian, on Saturday afternoon local time, Manchester United legend Paul Ince was arrested in a black Land Rover Range Rover crashed into the central isolation zone on the Chester Highway in Neston. He will appear in court on July 18 for being accused of drunk driving.
Paul Ince played more than 200 times for Manchester United in his player career, winning two Premier League titles, two FA Cup titles and one European Cup winners championship in the early to mid-1990s. He also played for clubs such as West Ham United, Wolves and Inter Milan, with a career lasting 20 years.
As a member of the England national team, Ince played 53 times for the national team and became the first black player to serve as the captain of the national team in 1993. After retiring, Ince transformed into a coach and coached clubs such as Milton Keynes, Blackburn and Blackpool. His most recent coaching experience was to serve as the head coach of Reading from 2022 to 2023.
