Rightback: Reese James
I have to put him in, academy kid, he is amazing. Everyone knows how good he is. It's incredible that I see him doing something with the ball every day. He has won the Champions League with Chelsea and I don't think people have realized how good he is. Reese James is really great, no doubt.
Central defender: Thiago Silva
I watched him play often when I was a kid, especially during the period when my father asked me to learn from him and Ashley Cole. He is a smaller centre-back and like what I tried to be, the level he reached was incredible.
